Gluten Free Coffee Cake
Simple and classic, this buttery cinnamon coffee cake is anything but plain! Sour cream ensures a moist, light (not overly dense) breakfast cake, a cinnamon and cocoa filling and there’s double the brown sugar cinnamon crumb streusel on top. Dusted with powdered sugar.
Ingredients: Gluten free flour blend (Brown rice flour, white rice flour, whole sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, xanthan gum), sugar, eggs, sour cream, buttermilk, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
